Renaissance at Rosemary Park

Renaissance at Rosemary Park (RARP) is well underway, with 3 homes completed and two more in the finishing stages. Six homeowners are in the final financing steps with the banks, and will begin moving in any day! The RARP community is located at the northeast corner of Rosemary Drive and Streetsboro Lane in Bonita Springs. This is a few blocks east of Old 41 on Rosemary Drive.
There will be a total of 39 homes built for low income candidates, and this would not have been possible without the public/private partnership between the Renaissance Group of Bonita Springs and the City of Bonita Springs which funded the infrastructure (roads, electrical, water, etc.).
The homes have been constructed with a new energy efficient construction technology which also meets the latest Dade County Hurricane Codes. Florida Power and Light has granted the homes their highest “Build Smart” energy rating. In addition to the energy efficient construction, the homes use solar heating to provide hot water!
